Carl and I want to express our appreciation and thanks for guiding us through the events of the past many months. No words can truly convey our gratitude for your continuous support, encouragement, and literal hand-holding during the process of selling the home we came to as newly-weds forty-three years ago. In addition to your dedicated professionalism in marketing the property, your knowledge, skill, and support sustained us during the roller coaster ride of what must have been one of the longest and most complicated escrow periods on record.
We have praised you to our friends, and think you are the best agent anyone could ever hope for. Now that we have arrived at the other end of this process, we feel so fortunate to have had you as our guide. Our initial business relationship has evolved into friendship, and as a great bonus, we feel a special kinship for the buyers you brought to us. The warmth we feel for you is a tremendous antidote to any sadness we feel about leaving this home, and we hope that despite geographical distance, our friendship will continue in the years to come.
